US & Associates is alliance with the Hong Kong Institute of Utility Specialist (HKIUS), Hong Kong Utility Research Centre (HKURC) and Utility Training Institute (UTI).   Through HKIUS, HKURC and UTI, we have developed industry wide standards, specifications and operational procedures for municipal infrastructure and utilities specialists. 

Apart from the 12 Professional Disciplines within the Utilities Survey, Maintenance & Management industry, key staff of US & Associates have extensive and longitude experiences directly with utilities and buildings, especially for water, power, gas, drains and for building maintenance works.  In addition, we provide comprehensive system safety and reliability consultancy services for our clients.

We have hands-on experiences in GIS programming for planning of works and delivering training right contents and to the right persons. We are proud to announce that we have trained up via Utility Training Institute (UTI) more than 2,000 government and non-government personnel in Hong Kong and Mainland China on utilities surveying techniques.

With the adoption of more advanced technologies in utilities survey, we have worked for a number of water leakage detection and control, pipe condition surveys, cooling main improvement works, slope inspection and programming contracts.
